Good To Know
Do you wax men?
Yes. The Vika Wax salon offers professional brow, bikini and body waxing for both women and men. See the For Men tab in the wax menu.
Do I need to pay when I book?
No. Booking is free. You pay at the salon once your service is finished.
How long should my hair be?
About 5 mm, roughly the length of a grain of rice. That is usually 2 to 3 weeks after shaving. Shorter hair may not come away cleanly.
Does waxing hurt?
There is a quick sting, which eases with regular waxing. If you are nervous or have sensitive skin, mention it when you book and your therapist will suggest the right wax level.
How long do results last?
Usually 3 to 5 weeks. With regular appointments, hair tends to grow back finer and sparser.
Can I wax during my period or pregnancy?
Yes, though skin can be more sensitive at these times. Mention it in your booking notes and we'll adjust the wax and technique.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Reply to your WhatsApp confirmation at least [3 hours] before your slot and we'll move or cancel it for you.
